I’m a Registered Social Worker with over nine years of experience in the field. I’ve worked in a wide range of roles, including crisis counselling, crisis outreach, care coordination for the provincial government and individual therapy support.
I am passionate about supporting young adults and caregivers heal burnout, cultivate self-compassion, and grow into their most authentic selves. I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives, and I am here to join your journey as a guide and collaborator.
Fun Facts: When I’m not practicing therapy, you can find me playing volleyball, cuddling with my adorable dog, or taking a game of Scrabble way too seriously.
